1. Service
Satya ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers telephone calls on behalf of subscribing businesses. By using our service or website you agree to these terms.
2. Automated calling disclosure
The live demo on our homepage places an automated outbound telephone call to the phone number you provide. By submitting your number and checking the consent box you expressly consent to receive this one-time automated call. The call uses a synthetic AI voice and will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call. You may hang up at any time.
We do not store your number for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to place the demo call you requested. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Satya to violate any applicable law, place calls to numbers on national or provincial do-not-call registries without consent, impersonate any person or entity, or transmit harmful or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend access for any violation.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Business subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Plans are described on our pricing page. A one-time setup fee applies. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
5. Limitation of liability
Satya is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed calls, booking errors, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you in any month is limited to the fees you paid in that month.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
